The Pixallive Studio website is mainly used to provide information about Pixallive Studio, games, support, privacy information, development updates, and contact options.
When you visit the website, standard technical information may be processed by the hosting provider and website systems for security, diagnostics, service operation, and performance. This may include information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring pages, time of access, and general usage information.

Pixallive Studio does not use the website to require players to create a Pixallive Studio account.

Pixaball is a pixel-art arcade game developed by Pixallive Studio. Pixaball may be available on iOS, Android, or other supported platforms depending on release status, platform approval, and app version.
Pixaball does not require players to create a Pixallive Studio account, username, or password.
Pixaball may save gameplay progress and settings. This may include information such as unlocked levels, current progress, selected language, tutorial progress, game settings, score-related progress, gameplay state, and similar game-related information.
Depending on the platform and app version, Pixaball may save this information locally on your device and/or through platform-supported cloud save services.

Pixaball may store game progress and settings locally on your device.
Local save data is used to allow the game to continue from your saved progress, preserve settings, remember completed tutorials, and maintain general gameplay progression.
Local save data usually remains on the device unless the app is deleted, the device storage is cleared, the operating system removes the data, or the player resets game progress through an available in-game option.
5. Cloud save
Depending on the platform, device settings, player account status, and app version, Pixaball may support cloud save features.
On iOS, Pixaball may use Apple iCloud key-value storage where available and enabled. This may allow supported game progress and settings to sync across Apple devices using the same Apple ID.
On Android, Pixaball may use Google Play Games Services Saved Games where available and enabled. This may allow supported game progress and settings to be saved to Google servers and restored on supported Android devices using the player’s Google Play Games account.
Cloud save data may include gameplay progress, unlocked levels, selected language, tutorial completion status, game settings, and similar gameplay-related save data.
Pixallive Studio does not receive, manage, or store your Apple ID password, Google account password, or platform login credentials. Platform account login and authentication are handled by Apple, Google, or the relevant platform provider.
If cloud save is unavailable, disabled, not supported, or if the player is not signed in to the relevant platform service, Pixaball may continue using local save data where possible.

Pixaball may use Google AdMob to show in-game advertisements, such as interstitial advertisements.
Advertising partners may collect, receive, process, or use information to provide, measure, limit, secure, and improve advertising services. This may include information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, app interactions, ad views, diagnostic information, crash-related information, consent choices, and other information processed by advertising SDKs included in the game.
Depending on your region, device settings, platform rules, and consent choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.
Pixallive Studio does not directly sell personal information.
7. Consent and privacy choices for ads
Where required, Pixaball may show a consent message or privacy options screen to help manage advertising and privacy choices.
Players may also be able to manage certain privacy and advertising settings through device settings, operating system settings, Apple settings, Google settings, app permissions, advertising ID settings, or platform account settings.
Depending on the platform and region, you may be able to reset your advertising identifier, limit ad tracking, manage personalized ads, or update consent choices through device or platform settings.

Pixaball does not currently include Pixallive Studio account creation.
Pixaball does not currently require a Pixallive Studio username or Pixallive Studio password.
Pixaball does not currently include in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Pixaball does not currently include user-generated content features.
Pixaball does not currently include in-game chat or direct player-to-player messaging.
Pixaball does not currently collect precise GPS location.
Pixaball does not currently collect health, fitness, financial, banking, or government identification information.
Pixaball does not currently use Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, or a separate Pixallive Studio analytics account.
If these features are added in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the relevant App Store or Google Play privacy declarations will be updated to match the actual implementation.
9. Support contact
If you contact Pixallive Studio by email, website form, social media, app store review, or another support channel, the information you provide may be used to understand, respond to, and resolve your request.
This may include your name, email address, social media handle, message content, screenshots, device model, operating system version, app version, gameplay issue details, crash details, and any other information you choose to provide.
